David Tabb is a graduate of UCLA and earned his J.D. from the University of Florida. He has been a workers’ compensation and personal injury litigator since 1993 in both Florida and California, nearly 30 years of common-sense experience in the practice areas where most clients first encounter the legal system.

David is a member of both the Florida and California Bar associations, giving him the rare ability to handle cases on both coasts. His combined experience across two of the most active personal-injury jurisdictions in the country shapes how he reads every case file.
