James M. Loren earned his J.D. from Nova Southeastern University School of Law in 1995 and began his career in personal injury and employment law immediately after. While at Nova Southeastern, he was selected for the prestigious Federal Bureau of Investigation Honors Internship Program, an early sign of the discipline and rigor that would come to define his courtroom work.

James also passed the Certified Public Accountancy Examination on his first attempt and is eligible for licensure as a CPA. That dual training, trial law plus accounting, is rare and powerful in injury and employment litigation, where damages frequently turn on lost-earnings models, business valuations, and complex wage calculations. As the firm’s CFO, James brings that financial fluency to every settlement negotiation.

He is admitted to practice in Florida, Georgia, Oregon, Washington, Maine, and Wisconsin. He is also admitted to and has tried cases in Federal Court in Texas, Colorado, New Mexico, North Dakota, Michigan, Tennessee, Illinois, and Indiana. Russian-born and fluent in Russian, James serves Russian-speaking clients in their native language.
