Daniel Samadi is a graduate of UCLA and attended law school at the University of West Los Angeles. He is a member of the California Bar Association.

Statewide California Practice

Daniel is a workers’ compensation litigator in California and represents injured workers throughout the state. His practice focuses on getting injured workers the medical treatment and benefits they’re entitled to under California’s workers’ compensation system.

California workers’ comp is a maze. My job is to make the system work for the worker the way it was originally designed to, not the way the carriers have learned to manipulate it.
