After graduating from Law School, Shaun began practicing law in 2004 as a public defender for Pierce County in Tacoma, WA. After gaining courtroom, trial, and client counseling experience he opened his own firm in 2005. He handled insurance subrogation cases on behalf of insurers and corporations ranging from auto, water loss, fire, construction, and product liability claims. Also, handled some creditor and personal injury cases. Shaun also has experience defending personal injury claims and handling extra contractual issues such as: bad faith, deductible, and contribution actions. Also, he has experience in construction, creditor, real estate, and general civil litigation.

After a decade of learning the insurance industry and litigation experience he has focused on representing Plaintiff’s in personal injury cases in Washington and Oregon. Shaun has gained extensive experience in discovery tactics such as depositions and how to effectively use motions practice. Shaun has performed in over 100 arbitrations, and many jury trials.

Shaun now uses his experience and knowledge that he has gained over the years to help those that are hurt at the fault of another. He has handled automobile, premises liability, construction injuries, trucking/transportation injuries, maritime, product liability injury cases and more. 

Shaun has resolved cases in excess of $1 million dollars for those who were injured by the fault of another. He has experience with injury claims against government entities as well. 

When he is not advocating for those hurt at the fault of another, he enjoys reading, movies, outdoors, traveling and is a diehard University of Washington Huskies football fan. Also, enjoys spending time in the company of his friends and family.
